Southern Lakes communications and PR agency Scope Media today launches a rebrand to coincide with its fourth year in business.
Since forming in June 2013, Scope Media has grown and its service offering has evolved to respond to an ever-changing media environment. As a result, the company has refreshed its brand identity and website to reflect the changes.
Scope Media worked with leading Wanaka design studio Blend Creative to create the new identity. The thinking behind the new brand was to incorporate a contemporary speech mark icon and create a bespoke type-based brand logo that represents what Scope Media does – sharing people’s stories.
“The rebrand process has helped us explore why we exist, and develop and refine our company values and brand promise,” Scope Media managing director Celia Crosbie says. “We will continue to share newsworthy stories with tenacity, high standards, responsiveness, integrity and trust.
“We believe everyone has a story to tell. Our reason for being is to support people in presenting their stories in the best way possible through the most appropriate channels.”
In four short years, the Scope Media team has grown from two to four. Celia Crosbie remains the managing director, with business partner Alexa Forbes as advisor. Experienced journalist Rebecca Williamson joins Scope Media as senior communications consultant and Tracey O’Loughlin is the company’s digital media specialist.
Scope Media’s services include communications strategy, media releases, PR for events, brand launches, major projects and developments, crisis management, media training, copywriting, social media strategy, digital marketing, web copywriting and blog-writing.
